Welcome to Dean Wilkinson's website

Dean Wilkinson has been a comedy writer for over 25 years in platforms such as TV, radio, stage, books, comics, console games and apps. Dean was Ant & Dec’s writer for 7 years, penning the multi-award winning SMTV Live and Chums. He also wrote alongside Harry Hill for Harry Hill’s Shark Infested Custard.
As well as being the creator and writer of CBBC’s smash hit sketch show Stupid, he’s also the author of Scholastic’s best selling Arthur King novels.
He has also written for Disney, Cbeebies, Nickelodeon, CITV and Aardman and wrote the stage play for the Go!Go!Go! Show, a kid’s musical comedy based on the pop group created by Mike Stock (Stock, Aitken & Waterman) and Ste Crosby (Steps).
Dean has written for myriad console games. Amongst the big names he scribed scripts for are Stephen Fry on LittleBigPlanet, Matt Berry on Worms: Revolution and John Cleese on Smart As.
